growing with Purpose
FY26 was a year of integration, investment, and strengthening the foundation for sustainable long-term growth. Growing with purpose — aligning strategy, client experience, and capability to build sustainable momentum.
Fiscal year 2026 marked a year of purposeful growth for Wipfli. As we invested in strengthening how we work and how we serve, we remained focused on delivering clarity, thought leadership, trust and long‑term value to our clients. The sections that follow highlight how that purpose shows across all areas of our firm, and how we are building a firm positioned to grow for the future.
“At the center of this work are our people. Our associates bring sound judgment, curiosity and care to every engagement.”

Our results
Key performance highlights, client experience and the milestones that reflect the strength of our firm and the trust our clients place in us.
FY26 was a year of integration, investment and focus. We made deliberate choices about how we grow, where we invest and how we strengthen the firm and our people for the long term. The launch of our partnership with New Mountain Capital marked a pivotal moment — an energizing catalyst to propel us forward. It empowered us to align our strategy, our capital structure and our capabilities in ways that will sustain our clients’ momentum and our own for years to come. This minority investment followed years of thoughtful reflection and evaluation by our leadership team and board. We were clear about what we were looking for: A partner who shares our values, supports our strategy and respects what makes Wipfli distinctive. That alignment allows us to invest with purpose — in our people, our technology and the capabilities our clients increasingly rely on — while preserving our culture, our independence and our commitment to the middle market. Throughout FY26, our over 3,000 associates stayed firmly committed to delivering for our clients while integrating once-in-a-generation changes. They implemented and adapted to new systems, refined processes and adopted new ways of working that were years in the making. These efforts help us scale responsibly by strengthening connectivity, improving insights and enhancing our ability to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience. We see the impact in improved client experience and net promoter scores, and in the trust our clients place in us every day. At the center of this work are our people. Our associates bring sound judgment, curiosity and care to every engagement. They build trust, guide clients through complexity and create meaningful impact in the communities we serve. Their commitment to their careers, team members and clients is the foundation of our firm and another reason we approach the future with confidence. As you explore this annual report, you’ll see a firm growing with purpose — aligning strategy, client experience and capability to strengthen who we are and how we serve. I’m proud of what we accomplished together in FY26 and optimistic about what lies ahead as we continue to build, invest and move forward — thoughtfully and together.

Technology consulting
In early 2026, Wipfli announced a strategic collaboration with The Caddie Network, becoming an official partner of both The Caddie Network and the Association of Professional Tour Caddies (APTC). The partnership highlights the role of the advisor — the professional caddie whose preparation, judgment and presence shape performance when it matters most. For nearly a century, Wipfli has guided middle market organizations through pivotal moments with that same mindset, helping leaders anticipate challenges and make confident decisions under pressure. This collaboration underscores the value of trusted advisors whose success is measured by the outcomes they help others achieve.
Deep industry specialization
“The best guidance comes from real relationships. At Wipfli, we get to know our clients deeply, and from those relationships comes the perspective that makes a difference. Partnering with The Caddie Network is our way of honoring relationships and the craft of trusted guidance — on the course and in the boardroom.”

Living and working the Wipfli Way
The Wipfli Way is our firm culture. It’s how we work, how we support our people and how we serve our clients. It brings together meaningful benefits, flexible work and ongoing learning to create an environment where associates can grow and make an impact. When we invest in our people, they are better equipped to deliver for our clients. The Wipfli Way also creates consistency in how we work across teams and locations. It aligns our decisions, strengthens collaboration and ensures that no matter where work happens, our people are connected by a shared approach and a commitment to excellence. That commitment is seen in our engagement survey results. With 82% favorability, our scores exceed industry benchmarks. These results tell a story of our culture and our commitment to listen, learn and improve together.
Maureen Pistone Chief Human Resources Officer
“Our continuous listening strategy with quarterly surveys across geography and positions strengthens our culture and supports the success of our people. Every conversation and piece of feedback helps us keep building a workplace grounded in trust and connection.”
One of the ways we invest in our associates is by prioritizing continuous learning, leadership growth and professional development at every stage of their careers. From supporting credential attainment and ongoing education to expanding leadership capabilities and self-directed learning, we’re committed to helping our people build skills that strengthen both their futures and the work we do for clients. These investments reflect our belief that when associates are empowered to grow, the impact extends across the firm and the communities we serve.
Development by the numbers
We’re intentional about building a workplace where associates feel connected and supported — and where their work truly matters. Our business resource groups foster meaningful connections and shared learning across the firm, while scholarship funding and partnerships with national organizations help broaden access to opportunities beyond Wipfli. Together, these efforts strengthen our culture and shape how we show up for clients and communities. By grounding our workplace in respect and belonging, we create an environment where associates feel welcome, valued and supported as individuals.
Where belonging takes shape
The Wipfli Foundation reflects our long-standing commitment to making a positive difference in the communities where our associates live and work. Through charitable giving, matching programs and direct community support, the foundation helps extend the impact of our people beyond client work. Its efforts focus on supporting education, strengthening nonprofit organizations and responding to community needs — amplifying the causes our associates care about most.
